After deciding robots were cool in high school, Sam travelled from Perth to Unimelb to Study Mechatronics with a side of Computing, which he is in his third year of. His dance experience consists of trying beginner classes for every style he can find and many years of energetically jumping around the house to loud music when no one is home. Sam enjoys trying new things (and dance styles), along with reading, hiking and robotics. |
VICE-PRESIDENT | TRISTAN CHANDRARATNA

Tristan, the resident MUDC dark elf, setting out four years ago on a quest to channel Dhar. He has travelled far and wide, learning many different styles across ballroom and street styles. Not stopping until he learns to channel Dhar like no other. Packed between playing a variety of sports and slaying his enemies, he learns how to build and command robots to do his bidding.
Over the past year he has learnt that the road to mastering Dhar is long and windy, but with each passing day he leaves the comfort of his forge another step behind him, trudging into the unknown. The strangers he has met on his travels have helped him, and continue to help him conquer each passing battle, but he does not know how much longer he will have until he can walk no more. The darkness follows day by day. |

Sage has been dancing since she was four, and has been doing ballroom styles since the age of 15. She is looking forward to dancing New Vogue again this semester! Sage enjoys reading, tea, sitting by the fire in winter, and listening to music, preferably all at the same time! |

Currently studying bioengineering, Charlotte is excited to be your treasurer for 2022! This year she is looking forward to some more ballroom and Latin dancing and hopes to learn some new styles as well. Outside of dance, Charlotte enjoys getting outdoors and into nature, heading to the beach, reading and spending time with all her pets. |

Lily loves music and considers dancing such a fun way of musical engagement and expression. Having attended MUDC in-person regularly before graduating, the student club’s online classes also got her through the following year’s lockdowns. Now she is delighted with the possibility to finally put her undergraduate knowledge (Marketing & Finance major) to good use. Lily believes that uni presents lots of opportunities and challenges, which really makes it the best time for trying new things. When not dancing you can find her reading books, dreaming about travelling to new places, or getting ready for the next movie marathon. |

Sophie is an enthusiastic dancer who loves hiphop and kpop dance. She has been dancing and passionate about dancing for a really long time. She believes that dancing is a great way to connect with people and really enjoys doing it as a hobby. The new year hopefully will be exciting and she looks forward to more opportunities for people to enjoy dancing and see great performances happening. |

Styles: Latin, Salsa, Bachata, Hip hop, Jazz Funk, Indian Classical, Dancehall and other urban styles
Rushda's been dancing since she was 6, starting off with Indian classical and then exploring other styles like urban, social dancing, etc. Dancing has taken her on so many adventures from being part of a hip-hop crew to competitions and so much more. It’s such a big part of who she is and gives her the confidence to be herself. Which is why she believe everyone should try it out as a way to get to know themselves better as well as make connections with other people. Apart from that, you can find her out and about in nature, socialising or just trying to make it through her bachelor of commerce degree. |

Uen Shan has recently picked up dancing as a hobby to work up a sweat while having fun . She is excited to try out ballroom and latin dancing this year. And if you don't find her practicing her steps, she maybe be out playing piano or enjoying some music instead. |
