Style: Ballroom and Latin
Andrea is our president and resident advocator of rocks, which is her other passion. She started dancing when she entered University and did not know she was capable of diving so deep into this hobby (evidently) but here she is. The Dancesport styles have been her favourite ever since she started and she is still very much entrenched in the endless hours of dancing instead of focusing on the endless number of essays that seem to just appear out of nowhere (and I (she) oop). Other than Dancesport, she enjoys cooking in her spare time. |

Styles: Swing, Ballroom & Street Latin (Salsa & Bachata)
Matcha-dependent, dad-joke enthusiast, and standing very tall at 5'2, Sylvia is a fourth year Psychology student and Vice-President for 2020. She joined the club in 2017 as a jaffy with 2 left feet. She dabbles into most styles offered at MUDC, but swing takes the cake any day of the week. When not dancing, she can be found doodling, composing music, procrasti-cooking or crying over her thesis. |

Styles: Basic steps
Professional beginner dancer for hire Professional beginner reporting for dance floor. Can do many basic steps. All consecutively. Will very rarely wander to more advanced steps like side steps in salsa and forward steps in bachata. I believe consistency is key. Partners always know what to expect. Very strong in leading basic steps. I can basic step in swing, salsa, bachata, standard ballroom, Latin, Zouk, one step in hip hop, and can do the macarena. Leads, please don't worry I can also basic step as a follow. |

Cristian is studying a Master of Engineering (Civil with business) and he, as a good Latin American representative, loves to listen and dance Latin music, being his favourites Salsa and Bachata, however he enjoy to dance Merengue, Cumbia and reggaeton as well. He has been involved with MUDC since 2019 first attending to bachata and salsa classes and then as part of the club general committee. |

Shubhashree (popularly known as Shuba) is a vibrant personality, a friendly face and an extremely creative person. Currently pursuing marketing, she is also an accomplished pianist and is an ardent lover of dance. She believes dance is music made visible and loves the blend of the two. |

Anna is a general committee member and one of the very few (perhaps only?) PhD students in the committee. She is originally from Armenia. Her favourite dance styles are Salsa and Bachata. The things she loves in the order of importance are: science, cats, dancing, Star Wars, more cats, travelling, painting, choreographing, and of course, cats. |

Second year student doing Bachelor of Science. Like many other students, joined the club to have fun and for the love of dance but stayed for the beautiful and entertaining MUDC community! Always up for a performance and can usually be found on the social dance floor. |
